And now a little about me!

I was born in 1968, in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Raised in Palatine, IL. Attended Fremd HS and became a thespian in drama club, did pommel horse on the gymnastic team, screwed around in the art club and graduated in the top quarter of my class.

Next it was off to the University of Illinois. Where, while working for my BFA in painting, I got heavily into Japanese animation. I started a school club and took over an national anime fanzine called ANIMEKKO for three years! With my good buddy (former PowerPuff Girl comic artist) Phil Moy, we cranked out 6 issues a year and layed everything out by hand! Nothing but rubber cement!

After graduation,I moved out to California, where I still live today in Los Angeles. Attended several art training institutions and settled in the Los Angeles Institute of Animation. Finishing up their program I went to work for Sony Television Animation. Since the animation bust, I've been working as a freelance artist and designer. Recently, I've been working video editing for Universal Sports. And married the love of my life Sandra in 2006.
